Utility Statements

Your bi-monthly Utilities Statement includes charges for water, wastewater (sewer) and garbage.  Please refer to the current Rate Bylaw.

You may pay your utility bill at the town office with cash, cheque or Interac. We also suggest setting up on our convenient pre-authorized payment plan.

The Town of Carstairs Utility accounts are set up solely in the property owner's name. (Tenants may receive a copy of bi-monthly billings upon the owner's request.)
