Rodeo Grounds

The Carstairs Rodeo Grounds are located at the south end of town near the Community Hall. Held in conjunction with Carstairs Beef and Barley Days, the third weekend in July, the Carstairs Rodeo is great family fun.

Junior Rodeo events are held on Friday with the Central Alberta Rodeo Association's CARA Rodeo Friday night and Saturday. Events have included barrel racing, Poles, Breakaway Roping, Keyhole, Calf Tie-down Roping & Goat Tying!
